Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? +

All used OEM auto parts orders are shipped for Free from within the United States. If applicable, shipping costs are calculated based on the part size, weight, and your delivery location. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.

How long does delivery take? +

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in the continental United States. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you ship internationally? +

Currently, GreenGears Auto ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are sourced and fulfilled by our US-based supplier partners.

Where do you ship from? +

GreenGears Auto is an online reseller of used OEM parts. When you place an order, we source your part from our network of verified US-based salvage yards and automotive recyclers and arrange direct shipment to you using prepaid shipping labels. All parts ship domestically from within the United States.

How do I track my order? +

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can also log into your account dashboard to view live shipment status at any time. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, contact our support team.

How do I place an order? +

Browse our inventory of used OEM car parts, add the parts you need to your cart, and complete the checkout process with your shipping address and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

What payment methods are accepted? +

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. GreenGears Auto does not store your full card details. Your data is protected at every step of the checkout process.

Can I cancel or change my order? +

Order changes or cancellations can be requested before your order ships. Once a part has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change.

Used Auto Parts & Fitment

What condition are the parts in? +

All parts are used OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) automotive components sourced from verified US salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Each part is inspected by our supplier partners prior to shipment. As pre-owned parts, normal cosmetic wear — such as minor scuffs or surface marks — may be present and is not considered a defect.

Will the part fit my vehicle? +

Each product listing includes vehicle compatibility details. For the most accurate fitment confirmation, we recommend providing your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) at checkout or contacting our support team before placing your order. Customers are responsible for confirming fitment prior to purchase.

Can I request more photos or information about a part? +

Absolutely. If you need additional images, measurements, or details about a specific used OEM part before buying, contact our support team and we'll do our best to assist you promptly.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy? +

What if the part is defective or incorrect? +

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect part. Our team will review your claim and assist with a return, replacement, or refund as appropriate and in line with our warranty terms.

How long does a refund take? +

Once a returned part has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.

What warranty comes with my part? +
